Membership Renewal Please find enclosed a ‘Membership Renewal Form’ for 2021. We would be very grateful if you could complete as much information as possible on this form. We currently do not have 100% accurate contact details for all members due to changes in phone numbers, or perhaps moving to another address. It would be very helpful if we had your correct contact details and your preference as to what type of contact you prefer from the Society, to allow us to update our new database. Please also note that only fully paid up members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
We will be writing to you again after 12th February to confirm your registration and to send you the documents required for the Annual General Meeting, according to your choice on the registration form.
Looking forward to seeing you all virtually in March.
