We do hope that you will register and join us for this virtual conference.

Nomination Form The ‘Governing Body’ of the Irish Haemophilia Society will retire at the AGM on 4th March 2021. The following current board members are willing to stand for re-election:
Mary Clare Delaney
If you have any nominations, apart from these people, would you kindly put their name on the enclosed ‘Nomination Form’ and send it back to us by last post on 4th February, 2021.
Proxy Form If you are unable to attend our AGM and would like another paid up member to vote on your behalf, please complete this form and send it back to us by last post on 4th February, 2021.
Membership Renewal Please find enclosed a ‘Membership Renewal Form’ for 2021. We would be very grateful if you could complete as much information as possible on this form. We currently do not have 100% accurate contact details for all members due to changes in phone numbers, or perhaps moving to another address. It would be very helpful if we had your correct contact details and your preference as to what type of contact you prefer from the Society, to allow us to update our new database. Please also note that only fully paid up members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
We will be writing to you again after 12th February to confirm your registration and to send you the documents required for the Annual General Meeting, according to your choice on the registration form.
Looking forward to seeing you all virtually in March.
